Yeah some promo is always great for single. I think when it surpasses a certain amount of airplay the sales will bounce up

No, it isn't.
It's not in the spotlight at the moment.
But 44 is its' peak on iTunes, and it's only stalling on radio due to attention focuses being elsewhere atm.
It'll do just fine, probably a peak somewhere in the top 40 at the very least.
