Like people say it's because of the hate, but when won't there be hate lol? She needs to buckle down  . IDK if she's being lazy/careless because twitter is such an easy app/tool to use.  All she has to do is tweet a little something every other day or something, not write a memoir. It would literally take her like 30 seconds to tweet something.
It's hard to stay connected to her if half the time. We don't know what she's doing, how she's doing, what she's working on until she's finally asked about it like three weeks later by an interviewer she's all 'oh yeah  ' and then she tells us all the **** we knew already  or some generic answer.
And even my deep feelings aside, It's just so stupid business wise. Social Media(Twitter,FB etc) helps a lot, even if she isn't doing promo. Helps her gain followers, helps her stay buzzing, helps her keep her fans in check. If I don't know what she's doing half the time, it's hard to stay interested. She deleted her lovely instagram for a photo app she invested her own money in and she barely uses it. Barely tweeted(s) about her perfume/mtv vma/movies etc. If she's cute/funny/personable on twitter, it will help her gain non-fans too. When promo rolls around, she'll have a lot more people to tweet too. She doesn't need to 'notice' fans or go through mentions or whatever either. It wouldn't kill for a 'in the studio'+pic /a 'good morning'/'I'm Hungry'
It's just lame that we never hear from her. And there isn't even a legitimate reason for it 
/rant.

As much as her fans support her, it's the least she can do tbh. It' like.. We support you, now give back man. One tweet a day won't take any of her time.
Hopefully today is a sign she's gonna connect with her fans more.

Yeah, that's the only thing I don't get. It's not like she has to go out of her way to use twitter. 
@ this point, I refuse to believe that Beliebers are the reason why she only tweets every three weeks.
Hopefully the fans reactions motivates her to use twitter more bc they're obviously thirsty for her

I agree with all of these don't think she'll get Vogue just yet. Also InStyle,Glamour,Allure.

YES!!!!!!!! Thank God, she's finally giving us some latin influences in her music. ♛The Queen♛ is bringing it for this album. I honestly hope she keeps her promise and surprises us with this album and I'm so excited.
