I'm planning a "20 Female Singles Artist countdown: Girls Who Can Sell Singles But No Albums" countdown in which I will basically calculate a ratio between single success and albums success and then rank etc. I know it's a touchy subject for some stanbases but I'm using official receipts so it's a very interesting and eye opening discussion... so am I allowed to do that countdown?

I think the "but no albums" is flamebait, make sure to present it tastefully. If you are clear about your methodology and sources then it should be okay, but don't get pissed if it gets out of hand and we close it.

I didn't continue the problems either. It was obviously continued AND started by two certain members who were relentless.
I have never caused any disruption in the SYG thread, but two trolls obviously out to get someone banned get no punishment? They're both the same person anyway.
