They maybe overrated to you but I'd say alot of people(myself included) think they are one of the best bands of today. I love their sound, the lyrics, the vocals. Everything they put out is great to me. We all have differing opinions but to say they are the definition of overrated when over 1/4th of the fanbase who owns Sigh no More are willing to buy Babel first week says that most people think they are anything but overrated.
Both of their albums are great
