Why did you waste time typing up the logic. They will just ignore it like they ignored your rational complains. it seems like to get the mods' attention now aday, you have to be rude and disrespectful.

Then why is it SO HARD to just answer "no, your point is not getting reversed"? We stay like ****ing stupids waiting for an answer on something that's supposed to help the member and keep ATRL organized, just because the mods are lazy or they hate doing what they're supposed to do?

Please, don't say that if you don't get a reply it's a no, because I know members, including myself who didn't get replies for our Help Request until we posted here or PM'd the mods. And more than one mod has told me that those don't have a specific time that they should be answered. There is to much Grey area regarding Help Request

Cause it takes time to send the PM and no one likes to waste time. But you (and others before you) do have a point. I'll ask the admins to add an automated PM option for when we want the sender to know it was closed without action.

No response means the answer is no. Not difficult to comprehend. We don't have time to respond to people individually because more often than not it leads into a drawn out conversation.
