I think maybe it actually was, because Capital FM playlisted it. It's rare for them to playlist non-singles (although it has happened a couple of times before).

I don't think she was planning to release IAYL as a single anyways, and she might as well release HOV Lane because I heard they canned Champion for being a single because she couldn't find a date for everyone to do a video.
