The fact people want to spend 60 dollars rather than 10 or 15.
All perfumes aren't made the same. I'd be lying if I said people aren't buying at least partially because it's a celebrity perfume, but the expensive stuff sticks on your body better with less sprays. In the end it's worth the money because you won't need a new bottle for awhile.
I went through a faze of buying really cheap $4 perfumes at department stores, they're normally Victoria's Secret knock-offs or celeb knock-offs and don't work half as good. & sometimes the cheap stuff can burn and/or irritate your skin, so it's better to be safe than sorry.
