Are you able to get warned for a 19 day old post? Just wondering.
We have the right to warn anything that violates the ToU but most mods tend to warn posts only within a week, some less though. It varies between each mod. But some mods will warn people who report posts from a long time ago so it's not worth warning anything over a week

It's not a common practice among the staff to warn post that far out. It does happen accidentally, but most mods ignore reports of posts older than a week.
