Jesus, I feel the exact opposite. I just finished listening to them all and they're all horrible, to me. I mean, mixing Boys with Boyfriend by Justin Bieber. "Gimme More" was the absolute worst. The only passable covers are "Womanizer" and "Oops... I Did It Again," but Lea Michele's vocals are always so whiny and exudes no sex appeal, whatsoever, that it doesn't really work when she sings any of Spears' tracks. This reminded me of why I can't stand "Glee" or its butchered covers.

Gimme More and Hold It Against Me are the weakest - but all things considered, they're pretty good.

I didn't mind the Boys/Boyfriend mash-up.

3 is amazing. Oops is really good. Womanizer is good too.

Haven't heard YDMC/Crazy mashup yet.

Very pedestrian covers, for the most part. That said, this batch of songs is much stronger than the last. There's not a complete tragedy (an atrocious interpretation of BOMT or Toxic) in the bunch.

My biggest issues with most of these Britney tracks they have done on this one and the previous episode is that they are severely lacking in personality. There are none of those vocal quirks that Britney brought to the original songs that made them hers and the people singing these sound really disinterested.

Exactly. That's why "Womanizer" sounds the best, because whoever is singing is giving their
best Britney Spears impression. So, we can kind of pretend it's Britney singing while we
enjoy some added church vocals at the end. Other than that, the rest can be burned.
