I don't understand the comparison, one perfume is marketed and sold as a high end perfume at department and speciality stores, the other is a mass market fragrance sold at your local pharmacy.

Gaga's fragrance empire could be huge but we'll see how it goes with FAME and then worry about her selling more than Britney.

Also, the queen of celebrity fragrances is Elizabeth Taylor.

The fans are just as thirsty.....and too stupid for basic comprehension, it was based on nothing.

J.Lo and Britney have had abnormal success in the perfume business, it took J.Lo over 18 fragrances to reach her over 2 Billion estimated sales, and Britney 7 to reach over 1.5 Billion.

One fragrance won't do that, she would basically have to sell 300,000,000 Bottles of Fame, a Prestige Market fragrance no less..she has to keep the momentum with various fragrances to get up there. And we all know momentum has always been GaGa's biggest pitfall.
