So guys, time to review my review! I'd put **** Like You in second or third here. Are We All We Are is really sounding like the winner to me.
Are We All We Are - this is giving me stadium music teas. Big, shouty rock. And also, amazing. This could be her best opener ever.
The Great Escape - epic. The vocals. The piano. Timeless yet it sounds like she's again showing a different side of her here.
Try - we got this in full and it's a smash. She kills her midtempos and this is one of her best yet.
Where Did the Beat Go? - now, this is a surprise. I wasn't expecting her to have a song like this and I wasn't even anticipating it, but it packes a punch and shows her versatility through genres.
Just Give Me a Reason - heartfelt, emotional and yet relatable. I agree this could be one of her biggest hits.
How Come You're Not Here - I love angry Pink and she's at it again, but I feel the climax of the song isn't in this clip, which I already love so yeah.
Here Comes the Weekend - I need this for my Friday nights. Different sound for her again. Not getting this been there/done that posts tbh.
Walk of Shame - I'mma play this back to back with Unwind, Numb and Long Way to Happy. This feels kinda familiar, yeah, but fun and great tune to bop to.
Beam Me Up - I'm sure this is really beautiful and heartfelt but she already did this song 3 times already with Billy Mann. Hopefully the full has more to it, like, some different vocals or something. Not here for it.
True Love - bit of a letdown but considering the real juice of the song comes with the interplay between the ladies, I'll wait for the full. For now, this gets a low rating.
The Truth About Love - so, while some people pick on Max Martin, I have some problems with Billy Mann. He really loses his touch sometimes and I feel this happened here. I was expecting an epic song and she gave me this half baked mid tempo? Poor song will have to go back to Miss and talk to that title track to decide which is her worst. I'm Not Dead and Funhouse gave me life, this one is giving me boredom.
