No I don't believe that she made $40M from May 2011-May 2012. when SB tweeted that I took it as:
1) Since 2008-2012 she has made that net worth
or
2) with Pepsi, Adidas, touring, royalties, expected Fragrance sales, 100k features etc. she would make $40M this era...this is before the american idol alleged $8M deal.
