To be fair, she was pregnant and doing a lot of moving in that performance.

Target has always charged me when they prepare my items for shipment. How are they shipping it? If it is ground/first class mail, chances are you are in a 5 - 7 day window for the shipping method and it will be sent out over the weekend and reach you around the time of the release.
