No. Taylor never appeared. Scott said she was working on her album at the time. Next year Taylor said she has something special planned for fans to make up for it.

Well , she didn't tour this year and that explains it , while Taylor on the other hand toured Australia / NZ .
Next year both Taylor and Carrie would have toured and they both would be up for EOTY I guess , so yeah .
