I think most music fans will tell that there's more to great singing than just the vocal technique. You can have the best voice in the world, but if you have no passion or performance, then you're not really worth listening to.

This applys to Taylor so well, yeah she doesn't have the strongest vocals live, but her passion and performances make up for it. :]
