The only one I remember is JoJo's debut single, also P!nk's U + Ur Hand barely reached #10.

U + Ur Hand peaked at #9 on the Hot 100.
However an example could be Jessica Simpson "With You" reached #1 on Pop Songs and #14 on the Hot 100.

Yes, U+UH was a sleeper hit like GYHAB but the charts back then were different.
