I've changed a few things:

• A video now has to be on the countdown for 50 days to retire.
• The "Outer Five" has been renamed "On Deck".
• Videos that are on deck don't log any days towards retirement while they're there.
• Songs now need to have a video in order to be eligible to enter the chart.
• Artists can now only have one video inside of the top ten at a time. Features don't count.
• An old video can be replaced by a new one if they are by the same artist.

These changes are effective as of today's chart.
