The remix with Nicki is really hot. It might be a bit much and out there, but with the right editing it will definitely smash and most likely be the version of choice that radio latches on to.
Nicki's opening rap is OK, but the rap session in bridge is really hilarious.

Yeah, the bluelight version will be mainly serviced to Urban and Urban AC radios. It has different vocal and arrangement than the main and inferno version which have similar arrangement and same vocal from Alicia.

Masquerade is going to be the Super Bass of this era. Super Bass had Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez to publicize it; Masquerade has the commercial. Both were creeping up ITunes...see the resemblance.

If she really cared about how well her album tracks chart on itunes, then she should have released VVV instead of PTA since it was somewhere in the itunes top 20 or 30 when PF:RR was released
