Of course not she's doing a FAME movie to the music off her BTW album. Clearly she didn't have to do a 3 minute video but she wanted to for the fans and Scheisse was a fan favorite. I suspect it will be heavily remixed but it may as well be a scheisse music video considering she's barely advertising FAME in the clips. Scheisse is a bit over 3 minutes and the movie lasts around 3 minutes. This is really just a fan treat pretending to be a FAME advertisement.

She is, though, and the FAME film was filmed early 2012 when she was still in Born This Way Era mode. I don't think the FAME commercial will be indicative of ARTPOP at all besides maybe Gaga working with professionals again.
