I wouldn't call it a sleeper hit, seeing as it has been fairly consistent, rather than simmering in the bottom half of the chart for most of its chart life.
And he debuted at number one on digital songs, so I would really just consider it a hit with longevity.
Well deserved. Best single up to date. They seriously need to perform it on more tv shows! Too bad they only lined up the Today Show while they are in NYC. Hopefully they'll do a couple shows when they are in Los Angeles in October.

What was the debut on the Hot 100? I remember that it topped iTunes for a bit, but I didn't recall that it debuted at number one on HDS.
I Won't Give Up is largely a sleeper. In its 34th week on the chart, it's barely in the T40 on radio. And it's so far only spent 2 weeks in the digital T10.
I know, it's getting annoying to watch it yo-yo between 11 & 13 for literally a MONTH now. I won't post about it again until it actually hits the Top 10.
