I feel like Lift Off was such a dissapointment. Because here we have these three POWERHOUSES , I mean Jay , Kanye and Bey. It doens't get any better than that , but yet their collab really didn't live up to my expectations. Lift off is in my opinion one of the weaker songs from Watch The Throne and a weak song in general for Beyoncé. I expected much more from that collab.
We also had the Beyoncé and Kanye collaboration on 'EGO' even though it was just remix. And that really didn't do it for me either. I don't find that remix to be all that. Wich is too bad , because again we are speaking about KANYE WEST and BEYONCE.
So I don't feel like most of her collabs do her or the other artist any justice. Except for Telephone wich I think was great , Video Phone not so much.
The only succesfull collabs in my opinion are the ones with Jay Z. Crazy in love , Déjà Vu , Upgrade U.
So I don't really need any features on her next alberm , UNLESS they can come up with a really sick song. Something like Jay and Kanye's 'Murder To Excellence' or another one of Kanye's brilliant songs lyrics wise and melody wise. If not , then no collabs for me.
I don't want her to work with Rihanna unless it's for another Man Down. Nicki not so much either. Unless Nicki can come up with a sick verse like she did for 'Monster' and she can blend it well with a Bey song. Wich I doubt.

If it had to be any, Justin Bieber feat Beyoncé, where Bieber steals a Beyoncé chorus and does his own verses and Beyoncé cannot be held responsible for whatever trash is created.
Beautiful Liar could have been a much better collaboration. And at the time I was very disappointed with the dance breakdown which I thought would be a lot more action-packed.

I agree, the production, lyrics, and the song overall didn't live up to my expectations at all.

And what about "Baby Boy"? I really liked that collab, but most of the BeyHive seems to pay it dust.

Her voice is just meant to stand on it's own,she usually outshines her features anyway.
What about this collaboration? I love it. Missy and Beyonce mix together flawlessly with the call-and-response style that this song uses. Also Beyonce wailing while Missy sings at some points is amazing. It's not a huge song, but works really well I think.
