He needs to bring something fresh and new or popular to the table with a less dated image (I mean he's the year 2007-8 in human form). What can it be though???

In my perfect scenario he would stop being lazy and grow his hair and get a snazzy new look and then work with Calvin and Diplo to bring forth a very forward-sounding dance-pop album with a few stunning ballads similar to Unusual You in their emotional intensity and general perfection.
More realistically he'll probably keep the shaved head, maybe lose the stubble and dress his standard shirts and sweaters. He'll work with Taio or RedOne if his label can afford them or else idek. Three summery up-tempos, four cute mid-tempos and then the rest just ballads.
One good thing working for Shayne is that he's not a dumb**** and he knows what he has to do to sell records. He wanted more dance tracks on his last album and he knew just how to appeal to his audience image-wise as well. I mean
this track would have been a BOP in 2009. So if he has some control over it he'll be fine - but since he'll be a newbie on the label we'll just have to hope they know what they're doing.
