Oh yes, "I Follow Rivers" is more than a year old and suddenly it started to be
played like everywhere, but that's something really normal, for example "Glad You Came"
by The Wanted smashed everywhere else a year ago.
HEATSEEKERS' SONGS HAVE A NEW GUARDIAN
As the last week's number-one holder, Phillip Phillips elevated to no. 45 on the ATRL Hot 100 this week, he isn't a heatseeker anymore, thus, he's been removed from the ranking and now Alanis Morissette claims the top with "Guardian". Even though Morissette has been active since more than 20 years ago and has had top ten songs on the Billboard Hot 100, she haven't notched a top 50 song here on ATRL yet (the same with Mariah Carey). "Anna Sun" by Walk the Moon claims the hot shot debut title, as they bow at no. 7 (and return at #77 on the Main Chart).

She's experiencing the same as when Carly Rae Jepsen charted with her smash song "Call Me Maybe". 'Maybe' peaked at no. 2, it ranked in that position for 5 weeks, so maybe, Swift could run with the same bad luck (the reason Carly never reached the summit was her age, as the formula for Teen Songs decreases or increases points according to the age of the singers; 20 years and more is when the points start being reduced). Also explicit lyrics or non-minor-friendly words reduce the points, the latest example is Conor Maynard saying tequila on "Vegas Girl".
