Kelly is bigger internationally. Believe me because I'm living in Moldova... people from here or Romania, Russia, Ukraine don't know how is Ciara.

She is RIGHT NOW, because she was on the X Factor, and Ciara has been flopping ever since 2009.
Overall, in the past 10 years, Ciara has been more popular here. During my senior school years, Ciara was one of the biggest pop girls at the time.
The only way you can say Kelly is bigger than Ciara in the UK is if you exclude the 00's, and only include 2010-onwards. Or if you include Destiny's Child's success into Kelly's, then she'd beat Ciara.

Using that logic, Flo Rida is more popular than Drake in the US. 
I live here, Ciara is much more popular. I love Kelly Rowland, but I'm just being honest. Everybody knows who Ciara is here.

This is her worst single ever.
I'm still so dissapointed.
I seriously doubt this will ever grow on me.
Hopefully this will be named a "buzz" single and will not make the album

Umm. EVERYONE knows who Kelly Rowland is.
A variety of age groups and different demographics.
Ciara is not on the level of fame that Kelendria is here in the UK or in Europe.
Kelly is the bigger international star. Deal.

THIS! THIS! This is what dissapointed me about the Here I Am era.
There was so much great international music that was A) missing from the album and B) what was put on the album was not promoted internationally.
"Lay It On Me" should have been an international smash yet it flopped in the one market it was supposed to smash in - the US.
There was definately room on the album for "Forever Is Just A Minute Away" and "Rose Colored Glasses"

Darling you really have no clue.. Simply Deep came out in 2002 and that was before Ciara even existed.. You have no idea how big that album was in the UK.. It produced two massive singles Dilemma and Stole + The album debuted at #1. None of Ciara's albums made the top spot nor a top 5 debut.

Simply Deep debuted at #1 here in the UK with sales exceeding 100,000, making it Gold in its first week. It received both silver and gold certifications the following week and has since been certified Platinum for sales exceeding 300,000 copies.
The lowest-charting single from the album was the fourth single "Train On A Track" which still peaked at #20.
Kelendria's debut album solidified her place in pop history as a solo artist.
The album also displayed her artistic ability. Every one of her singles from the era was a different genre/style.

This will flop and they better realize it as soon as possible and not spend any money for promotions. I say release it on iTunes as a buzz single and move onto new lead single right after.

I'm from Latin America, and Ciara doesn't even exist here. If you don't like urban music you don't even know her. Love, Sex and Magic was popular, but people don't know her as an artist. Kelly was know since DC and Dilemma, but WLTO was HUGE and her name was in everywhere, now people knows her and Commander was so big. She is like a gay icon here. 
So Kelly has more hits, and her name is more popular than Ciara's, and that is fact
