Assuming, that the big boob pics weren't retouched to make her look more busty (yes, magazines do that), she probably had breast enhancements too. It's very common among celebs.
As for Nicole, I'm sorry, but she was flat-chested during Pop Stars and in her My Wife and Kids appearance back in the early 2000s. No push up bra would ever give her the boobs she has now (which btw do NOT sag lol). I'm not going into the nose thing, but when I saw her in the Sway video in 2004 and figured out she was the same woman from Eden's Crush, it was obvious she refined her nose. It was very bulbous and wide before.
Anyway there's no arguing with stans.
