IMO Anything interesting would propel BM back in to top 10 on Hot 100 even the performance of another song. Try would probobly better promo for the album but I'm afraid she might have to settle for a #2 debut again cos of G.O.O.D. compilation

Someone who was at Storytellers said she performed Blow Me and hit those high notes.
I think the reason she hasn't performed it is because the label wanted to save as much performance promo as they could for album release week. Pink has always been more of an album seller. So they probably wanted to take advantage of that.
Also, I think she might be able to outsell G.O.O.D. Keep in mind, iHeartRadio is the week of album release. I'm sure there's going to be a spot where you can buy the albums of the performers you just saw. We will see though.

DOUBLE-DIP SUPER TUESDAY UPDATE: Here are the latest label forecasts on some of the Sept. 18 and Sept. 25 releases (see 8/23 item below): G.O.O.D. Music compilation 200k, Pink 200k, The Killers 125k, Carly Rae Jepsen 100k, No Doubt 175k and Michael Jackson 150k. In other news, Diana Krall and the Barbra Streisand CD move to Oct. 2 (Columbia is releasing the LP on Sept. 25 to make it eligible for Grammy consideration), while Ne-Yo moves to Nov. 6. Expect some of the forecasts to change as we get closer to release. You can also expect some label estimates to be over-projected and/or very bullish, which could lead to some major disappointments for certain key artists and top label execs, but par for the course heading into Q4. (8/24a)
ARE YOU READY FOR SOME ACTION? As with the NFL, it won’t be long until the labels shake off the dog days of summer and put their starting teams back in the game. The biz is already buzzing about the loaded release slates for next month’s two straight Super Tuesdays—Sept. 18 and 25. The season kicks off with new albums from the likes of Pink, Carly Rae Jepsen, Wiz Khalifa, Ne-Yo, The Killers, Dwight Yoakam and the 25th anniversary reissue of Michael Jackson’s Bad. The momentum actually increases the following Tuesday, with a slate topped by Mumford & Sons. Green Day and No Doubt, along with Diana Krall, Barbra Stresiand, India.Arie and Lupe Fiasco. Here are a couple of competitions the oddsmakers are currently handicapping: With a projected 400-450k first week, will Mumford’s Babel (Glassnote, 9/25) become the biggest debut of the year? If so, the banjo plunkers will hold the title only until Oct. 22, when Big Machine unleashes Taylor Swift’s Red. Which labels will wind up as the big winners—and which labels need some winners to turn their years around? You’ll wanna be on the 50-yard line for this one. (8/23a)

This is actually pretty good news. And where is Kanye? I thought his album was pushed back to Sept 18 as well?
Anyway, 200k debut is a great forecast for Pink. That's more than Funhouse, even though Blow Me hasn't matched the So What performance in any sense. I think it just means that she's bigger and has more hype around her. I'm sure they also take into account the promo she'll do, but if she has great performances, she can go over 200k and beat out that GOOD compilation whatever it is. Plus the label really wants her to hit #1 I'm sure, so they'll do a lot to get her there. It will be an honor for RCA to claim that they gave Pink her first #1 album in the US.

Interesting that they forecast P!nk to match that compilation Kanye thing and to beat The Killers by a large margin. With regards to the VMA performance, I honestly have no idea what she's going to do; all I know is she'll definitely surprise us.

Kanye's is the GOOD Music collaboration, so I think they'll end up selling more during the first week.

Mercy is on the album, and it's been a massive urban smash that's gathered a lot of buzz.

The wait is getting harder and harder. I wish they'd release snippets, song descriptions, even track durations, just something.

So, looking on itunes "True Love" is listed as "explicit". I can't wait to hear what Lily and P!nk did together!

"Pink said she had been dying to get Lily on her new CD and the pair met for the first time on Monday, the day of the gig"
So this means True Love was recorded separately by each and then the vocals were joined together by Kurstin.

Wait, P!nk and Lily met for the first time on Monday? So they didn't record the song together? I hope it still turned out okay. Sometimes those can be a mess.
