It might not be sold that much, but this is happening a lot lately. Also, the single is out already since January. 8 months later...
Lights was also relatively low on iTunes. Where Have You Been too.
The way some guy on Pulse explained it is that a song might not do well for buyers, but that still many people love it on the radio.
This is shown by an inquiry that Mediabase did. Out of the 30 songs in the list (they were the top 30 on pop radio I thought) GYHAB was actually very high in the list of how many people were positive about it, but especially low on how many disliked it.
Lights was the #1 on that list by the way. And it still isn't selling great.
