Riley herself even made a run for the reality series before being cast on Glee. How's about a story line with the diva in training auditioning for Simon Cowell and instead winding up being a back-up singer for Clarkson herself? Besides, we're selfish and want to hear Riley take on "Since U Been Gone," "Behind These Hazel Eyes" and "Miss Independent." You're welcome, Glee writers!

So I met Kelly Clarkson tonight (for the 2nd time!) and brought her a couple things. This was one.

It’s a huge trend to be “Team so-and-so” these days, and after talking on the Express and seeing people cheer for her boyfriend, I decided that if Kelly is Team anything, it’s Team Brandon. Dark Side flopped. That kinda sucks, but it's not the end of the world. Kelly's career is stable enough to handle a flop single
