Bio: Panda is a very big spender. He would give and do anything to get what he wants. His first Pokemon he accquired was a Riolu he found at Steel Canyon. His second was a Scraggy he found at a strip club for when he turned 16. He was throwing them bills for it. The last was a Piplup.
