I kinda agree with this but at the same time, JoJo has no history with urban radio. This is her first real urban single and it should definitely be sent for adds because it'll probably be harder for her to have a hit on Urban without it being sent for adds.
But I do think that there's more of a chance of it being a hit on Urban on it's own than Rhythmic. Should really be sent to both tho.

She needs to get with her management, rent a van and hit all the urban stations she can and perform an acoustic version of the song for them just like scooter did with JB when he had no relationship with radio. Build relationships don't just send them some girls mp3 and expect them to be all over it. Take the time to show them you appreciate them and their help.
