Target has exclusive rights to the deluxe edition in the US and Canada. The Target deluxe is the same as the international deluxe minus Chaos & Piss and Timebomb. However, since we didn't get those tracks on the target deluxe in the US, they have been included on the iTunes version of the album. So no physical release in the US will have those 2 tracks. You will have to buy them on iTunes

Amazon used to be really good with getting pre-orders out early but the last time I ordered from them they didn't send the CD out until the actual release date. :-/
