Maybe because this time the photo was eye-catching enough and they didn't need to capture the readers attention with a big title

I guess, but if it's such a different look for Gaga it probs wouldve been smart to make it more obvious that it's her cover.

I think it looks fine. It's pretty obvious who it is, given hers is one of only two names on the cover.
