She said the TV commercial would be out "by" the 22nd. What she released WAS the TV cut.

The full video she never gave a date, but promised it'd come "soon" as a treat for fans. I'm guessing it'll be the night of the VMAs, after Tara said Gaga wanted to steal their thunder and hinted that it dealt with the fragrance.

That, combined with some new music, could be enough to at least steal some wind from the VMAs. (Itd be impossible to overshadow it though, by nature award shows gets a lot of coverage)
