At first I was like... but then I agreed. I believe it will be a different sound that none of us expect. If I'm not mistaken, songs like No Way and Second Time Around have a hip hop flare to them, so imagine those with a li'l bit of techno.

No. Eminem + Rihanna = two huge R&B/rap stars.
Gaga + Kendrick = one gay popstar and an unknown person.
Jpop isn't usually dark it's actually very cutesy at times. A lot of it is mature as well though. However J-rock is a bit more on the darker side of things. I doubt Gaga meant that the song would be lyrically like Jpop but she did say it was a powerful song.
She should do remixes ala katy perry again.
