I don't want to brag but in Argentina you have to sell 30 copies for #1....
I believe it does. I think youtube streaming counts as 5% and regular streaming counts as 10%. Unless the rules have changed. Which I heard they have but in the sense that streaming is less important than in the past.
I'm trying to avoid the negative ones.
