I highly highly doubt she will debut at #1. It's, like, almost definitely not going to happen.

I'd be happy with a Top 20 debut and a healthy climb to #1 over time, with the single staying in the top spot for a few weeks. I want longevity.

No, but Rih has released a lead single in mid September for two years in a row now, and signs are pointing to her working hard on a new album for her usual holiday release.
