She gave RCA a finished tracklist in April with all of her songs. Most of them were Wayne sounding and rockier. Woo Hoowas supposed to be the first single...
However, when Woo Hoo leaked, she hadn't finished the album at all, or wasn't close enough to it, so they scrapped it as the lead single and sold it.
Point being, the material she gave to RCA wasn't good enough and wasn't Radio friendly enough so they rejected it. We would have had an album in June/July if they accepted it.

I'm kind of glad. Woo Hoo is great but I'm happy it wasn't the lead single. And a lot of the songs on the original tracklist probably weren't very good
Why wont RCA just let Ke$ha grow as an artist? Woo Hoo wouldve slayed. Album wouldve went number 1. And Ke$ha wouldve ressurected rock, as originally planned.

!!!!!!
If the songs are good RCA wouldn't scrap the album. They also want acclaim and good reception for her and ****ty songs won't do it. Last time an artist had control over there, it was Bionic, they limit artists for a reason these days.

I'm sorry but I don't believe this... She wasn't gonna NOT work with Luke.
And that'll be why she hasn't mentioned ****-Pop in forever since that idea has been scrapped
It looks like it although im not sure it thats a good or bad thing though but im disappointed for her if thats the music she wanted to put out im surprised though that she didn't suspect that this could happen.
You made a good point. She's signed to his label for fuc.k's sake
That's what I'm saying... And we all know how controlling Luke is. I don't think he would let her not work with him and at the same time I don't think she would try and disrespect him like that.
