It shows what the songs popularity rates are. The green and red updates indicate a decrease or increase of their rates in sales.

1.0000 is just representative of the #1-selling song at the moment. The other numbers (0.9500, 0.9000, etc) is just a measure of what percentage of the #1-selling song is selling. For example -- Wide Awake is selling at 60% of what Home is selling right now. We don't know the actual figures, but it gives us an estimate on how much a song is expected to increase r decrease in sales for the following week.
