I used to HATE the song when I first listened to the album; it was the only song that skipped. It took me a while to warm up to her rapping It's still not one of my favorites, but I love the production and it's very catchy. I also love the line "sometimes I feel so def in the jam"
I don't know. It seems possible that she could be referring to her being half human, half motorcycle, or to half-mermaid, or living "halfway between fantasy and reality." She's also posted a few pictures of herself as being half-unicorn recently... so really, it could be any of those things.
My theory is that she's going to continue on the idea that she's half-human that she started in BTW.
But I really do like the lyrics. I think they're really... sort of retro, and cool, without being pretentious. I don't know why so many people don't like them. They're interesting.
