"Good Hit" received universally negative acclaim from music critics. Poppy Reid of The Music Network criticized the song for its reliance on autotune and lyrics "you just don't expect (or want) from a 41-year-old".[18] Sal Cinquemani of Slant Magazine stated in a review of Love? that apart from "Good Hit" and "Invading My Mind", "Lopez shines when the beat hits 120 or higher."[19] Robert Copsey from Digital Spy called the song generic, while Wes Laurie from Yahoo! Voices called the song "lyrically generic and weak" and said that the song could be mistaken for a B-side on a Black Eyed Peas album. He continued by saying: "This is not sweet human Jennifer Lopez, this is ego and materials driven Paris Hilton style swagger, swirled up via auto-tune. I'm so cool, I got cool stuff, don't you want me?"[20][21] Genevieve Koski of The A.V. Club was critical of the song, stating that: "[Good Hit] in which she drones "I got that good hit" when she clearly doesn't—nor does she seem to even want it."[22] Scott Shetler of PopCrush noted "Good Hit" to sound as if Lopez was covering Britney Spears "rather than doing her own thing."[17] Monica Herrera from Billboard agreed, comparing the song to Britney Spears' "Piece of Me" and additionally to the work of Nicki Minaj.[15]

A big dream... "Brave" music video should be flawless. I have always imagined that music video: she and a room full of lights (white, yellow, blue).
