I don't think the steps themselves are difficult, I just believe the positioning of her body with not being completely upright nor being completely bent over adds a challenge. To me if you're not in the right position it can look super awkward.
I guess I could've better worded it than simply saying the steps themselves are difficult.
Eventhough the information is flawed(since RTW went to #29), the shade is still flawless
