True. They'll be groveling at her feet once this takes off though. That's how it works on ATRL, if a song is successful they "use" it but once it flops everyone suddenly hates it.

I was thinking of that. When it first premiered and was falling a bit on itunes people were quick to call if flops and they hated it. Now that it was a HUGE hit WW it's an iconic classic and everyone loves it, ATRL is so fickle
If she had released this in 1995? Based on the snippet, it might have done well but it's not like people would have been surprised by the sound. It legit sounds straight out of the 90's Mariah vaults.
