That's really weird...I watched it on the HD channel so maybe that's what it was. The top and bottom of the screen had the E! logos on it and they didn't get washed out....

Well I believe Carrie has quite the following in Philippines..
I'm kind of upset though she didn't promote Blown Away in Japan before it's release, I mean it would of worked perfectly since Carrie was in Australia.. she just could of flew to Japan and do a bit of promotion before the album release.
seems like more people in Asia know about Carrie than Latin America
