Their plan was flawed from the start once again. They've should've filmed the video before releasing the song and if they stick to a late august release they should've debuted the video at the beginning of august the following week release the song to radio and a few days later put it up on iTunes they could've avoided all of this. This whole team acts like people who can't keep secrets, they had this amazing song and just HAD to put it out there way ahead of their schedule. I don't blame anyone for this mess besides whoever released the song what 2 weeks ago? they should've waited.
