The only thing overrated about Beyoncé's vocals is her ability to hit high notes. Not really here for her high notes; they never really do it for it me. But other than that her voice is top notch. The power she gives on tracks like "I Miss You" and "Resentment" (two of my top three favorite records from Knowles) is brilliant. And she arguably has the most control when it comes to her vocals, moreso than anyone else in the industry -- she is very in tune with her instrument.

Beyonce: A coordinated, connected sound from top to bottom, solidity in every register, can go from baritone to high soprano, no breaks, beautiful resonance, exceptional coloratura ability.
And then there's the musicianship: the sense of rhythm, the incredible acuity of her vocal lines and improvisations, the varied phrasing, incredible control in any dynamic marking.

She is the best voice and best singer of her generation hands down.

Lol, Where am I fuming? I've been apathetic here as I possibly could, It doesn't even matter to me that you think Beyoncé's a better vocalist. I'm just arguing why I disagree.
