Finally got to see this movie last night. It was 5 days after the release, and a really late screening, but the screen was still packed out It's been years since I've seen the cinema full.
Amazing film though, actually managed to exceed my expectations, which were extremely high
Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy were really good, Anne got me excited on literally every scene, they should've shown more of her, would've made the movie even better tbh
She'll definitely get a Best Supporting Actress nom
Saw it tonight. Anne blew me away in this film. She effectively embodied her sexy character to a tea. I also loved Tom Hardy and Marion Cotillard. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is super cute!
Anne Hathaway wasn't as bad as I thought, but that's probably because I didn't except anything from her. I still stand by my statement that she wasn't the right actress to pull this character off.
Other than that, an awesome ending to an awesome batman trilogy. It was epic, thrilling, moving and bittersweet at the same time.
Unfortunately, I can't see it recieving Oscar nominations - as the Academy members seem to have a stick up their ass with films like this one - and it will probably not earn as much as 'The Dark Knight' but Nolan really topped himself with TDKR and that's what matters most.
I just got home from seeing this movie and wow it blew all my expectations. Anne did a flawless job playing as Catwoman. I loved the unsuspected twist at the end, which I guess no one really saw coming. Overall a great movie...
Whose lydia? You mean talia? Bruce has only had one offspring and that's been with catwoman and their daughter became huntress, in the comics anyway nolan likes doin things differently.
Also I agree they should skip over robin and give us nightwing.
