The truth is that had Gaga admitted that she did not like Madonna, she may have not gotten anywhere. And Gaga has always cited Madonna and has respected her until (like Nicki Minaj now) the copy cat claims started coming in. In which in order to deflect the backlash she switched to Whitney Houston. However I truly do believe that she is a fan of Whitney Houston, and I do believe she genuinely likes Madonna's music, she's just irritated with her as a person.
And let's be REAL honest, if Gaga said she didn't like Madonna, many of you would still be dragging her to the pits, probably even harder than now.
