I'm sorry but I have to get this off my chest.
I really do wonder what would be her current state if she didn't release Super Bass. I'm not into the whole "coulda, shoulda, woulda" but back in late 2011 she claimed that Roman Reloaded was going to be rap dominated. I truly do wonder but whatever.
Division:
You seem to be missing the point. But I'm going to sum it up for you:
Many of her (ex) fans don't have an issue with her doing "pop music." The issue is that her lyricism has deteriorated and she doesn't give attention to rap anymore. Plain and simple. I don't mind her pop records as long as she delivers solid rap singles too. She shifts all of her attention on her pop records.
And after analyzing Nicki, I honestly can't stand for her (or any artist for that matter) any longer. She's a hypocrite. Anytime when she wants to justify her pop-dominated music she wants to claim she's not a rapper but an "artist" but when the Gaga comparisons start rolling in, she wants to differentiate herself by claiming she's a rapper. To be blunt, Nicki's lyricism has gotten weak since 2010. She's lazy. She feels like she has nothing to prove (despite being a relatively new artist

). She doesn't give a **** about her rap as she relies on her pop stuff to get her name out there. And she's claimed that she doesn't care if she loses her original fans -- the ones who got her where she is today. This will be the last you hear from me on this topic because you know what -- Nicki clearly doesn't care, so why should I?
I don't hate Nicki and still like her. I just can't with her. I think I took the stanning **** too far.
I respect Team Minaj @ ATRL (shout out to PhyschoDJ and Willy) and will probably post occasionally in here.
