joelovesmusic, take that off and reupload it but raise the volume of ur vocals, at least for the first verse. They're a bit low imo.
Yeah I do agree, the sad thing is I recorded this song a few weeks ago, and then there was a small reset in my computer and I lost the file where I recorded it, so I'd have to record the WHOLE song again haha
Anyways joelovesmusic, loved that cover. I must say the best parts of your voice for me are your phrasing and that I'm-not-trying-too-hard tone, which is really great imo. If you want some criticism, I would say I'd like to hear you sustain your notes for longer, sometimes you cut them short (I'm only judging on this latest cover) and that's when I really wanna hear the voice. Also, on the higher notes, don't be afraid to really go for them. It's probably that you're singing a Kelly song though, so the upper parts could be out of your range. Overall, great job though!

I feel the exact same way. Actually, despite it being the first song I heard from the album, as well as the one with the most plays, it sounds fresher than everything left on Stronger.
