DillonATRL - 9.5 - this song doesn't SCREAM top 10 hit but it should have gone at least top 20...it's one of her best and a deserving entry Good choice

Ray Bass: 9. “Always thought this Avril song deserved a whole lot of recognition. It’s definetely one of the standouts of Goodbye Lullaby and I honestly thought it was gonna do well, but the general audience isn’t here for Avril as they were before, anyways song is great.”

MLD: 10/10: I love this song. It's one of the best off of Goodbye Lullaby. To be honest, I really can't think of it as a flop. RCA was a bitch to Avril as we know, so the fact that Epic Records got this song going made me happy. I'm much more pleased that this song at least got to #65 instead of not charting again after debuting at #99 after the album release date. Good job this round

Monkey: Beyonce - Countdown

DillonATRL - 9 - This definitely deserved more than 71 on the Hot 100...only song I like from 4...actually just added it to my ipod.

Ray Bass: 7. “If you were gonna send a flop from 4, you could’ve sent either Run The World or End of Time, which are bigger flops which more promo. Countdown was played a lot in my Urban station, and the song it’s okay at its best.”

MLD: 3/10: The song isn't special. I mean, i kinda could see it going Top 40, but that was very slim of a chance.

DillonATRL - 8.5 - I love this song but its just not radio friendly which is why it flopped..still a great song

Ray Bass: 10. “Ethan you’ve got to be one of the best players on this game, your entries are simply sublime and continue to wonder me. When Strip Me by Natasha was released I was sure it was gonna get her on the map once again, it just sounded right and radio-friendly and I’m not sure why it did not perform better. It’s a wonderful song and anyone who likes Pop overall should go and give a listen to it.”

MLD: 4/10: A cute song, but not special. it deserved to flop!

MLD: 10/10: This song was fabulawesome. If only dance didn't dominate the charts and Avril wasn't with RCA at the time, then Smile could have done way better. This song really should have gone places, and then maybe ATRL wouldn't be so biased and kill this song off so much in the games section.

DillonATRL - 10 - this should have smashed!!! could have had at least like Already Gone by Kelly Clarkson success imo

Ray Bass: 9. “I always thought Def Jam was gonna market this as Rih’s “Big Girls Don’t Cry”, a nice ballad that would hit Pop radio and move audiences, but it simply was too boring for many people. CKB is a nice ballad, one of the best Riri has done over the years. “

MLD: 10/10: This song should have been released in fall or winter instead of summer. The song is amazing and it would have done well if it weren't for that. A lot of my friends loved the song even before it was a single so it would have done better at a better time of year. Nevertheless, great job this round.

DillonATRL - 7.5 - you did struggle this round and it kinda showed..yes this was a flop...and i love the song...but Ashley's biggest hit was He Said She Said which from what i recall wasn't a big hit...however i expected it to perform similar to He Said She Said which it didn't only peaking at like 98 i believe.

Ray Bass: 7. “I personally love this song, and it’s such an empowerment anthem for a failed relationship, but Ashley’s songs has never done that well, so I’m not calling Ashley herself a flop, but she has never had a true hit for me to compare this to.”

MLD: 1/10: I like the song, but this single deserved to flop! It's a cheesy ripoff of So What and it absolutely becomes forgotten once you hear the rest of her flawless album.

DillonATRL - 9 - i honestly thought this song was a hit until i looked it up on wikipedia...should have gone top 20 like i thought it had..good entry

Ray Bass: 7.5. "I love this song but I can't give it a higher score because even though it's a flop, I still heard it in the radio and I saw the video way too many times for me to think this was a flop inded. I even remember this peaking on iTunes at #1 so I don't have that "flop" image of it".

MLD: 1/10 : This was destined to flop. Annoying vocals from BOTH of them. Not to mention, the video was absolutely terrible. Not to mention - Disturbia ***** all over it.

DillonATRL - 5.5 - i don't see how this could've done well on the charts at all......however it did do well on Itunes with one performance so i gave u an extra point for that.

Ray Bass: 5. “Video Games wasn’t a flop, it wasn’t even a single or sent to radio stations! This song is the one that made Lana popular among the Internet and buzz started gaining momentum after the teaser for Born To Die was released. If anything, Blue Jeans would be a better flop entry, but I can’t call VG a flop, the song is amazing by the way.”

MLD: 1/10: I wish ATRL would stop overhyping this stupid bitch. She's not special, and for the record, this wasn't released as a full single in the US as far as I know, so this really doesn't count.

Mickey: Gwen Stefani - What You Waiting For?

DillonATRL - 10 - I cannot believe this did not smash! I mean it is perfect! guess who wins "Dillon's best of the round" award....YOU!

Ray Bass: 10. “It’s been a while since WYWF was released for me to recall why this did not charted higher, because the song it’s simply flawless, from production to lyrics, Gwen served a perfectly-crafted Pop anthem that was a hit for almost everywhere except the US. Shame on my country.”

MLD: 10/10: She took a chance you stupid hoe! I really don't care that this flopped because Gwen fans remember it and love it and it got inside the Top 50. To be quite fair, I really think this song was just a warm-up to let everyone know Gwen was here because she clearly knocked this era out of the park with Hollaback Girl.

DanceForYou: Gwen Stefani - 4 In The Morning

DillonATRL - 8 - this could have performed more like Cool for me....however it doesn't have that appeal to it to make it a SMASH..so still good job...maybe you can get a 10 next round

Ray Bass: 7. “I never saw true potential for this song, it was way under the level Gwen had served with Wind it Up and The Sweet Escape, and it deservingly flopped in my opinion.”

MLD: 6/10: Well, her second solo album was a bit forgettable and this song was really one of the few choices she had that could have been memorable. But it's not the best song in the world either, so it flopping is well, kinda expected. But it did better than some of Britney and Rihanna's singles

t.A.T.u.: Christina Aguilera - Dirrty

DillonATRL - 9.5 - I thought this smashed anyway greatentry..one of my faves for this round.

Ray Bass: 10. “Dirrty is the type of banger you just want to have sex to. This song is, dirrrty, filthy, nasty and flawless. Christina needed ‘Beautiful’ for Stripped to gain notice, but I never got to know why people paid dust to Dirrty. Maybe if a more relevant rapper not called Redman was featured, this would’ve been a different story.”

MLD: 10/10: One of the best party songs of all time, one of the sexiest videos of all time, and one of the dirtiest songs of all time. Christina would have had this hit in the bag if she didn't get so much backlash. Great choice!

Ray Bass: 9. “I wasn’t very fond of the song first, but I honestly couldn’t imagine this flopping. In fact, I expected this being on the top of the charts for many weeks, but people couldn’t find this catchy enough or anthemic enough for them to buy it, so it sadly flopped.”

MLD: 3/10: I'm sorry but this deserved to flop. The verses are completely forgettable and stupid. The run this motha or run the world parts are the only catchy parts of the song. It's the only part of the song used in year-end maships, cheerleader routines, and what not. Beyonce is just stupid for making this a first single!

DillonATRL - 8 - I like this song! it just doesn't compete with the rest of the dance pop songs out there but still should have done much better on BB!

Ray Bass: 5. “This flopped because Selena and her label are simply dumb making decisions. They had a bunch of hits with tons of potential in her album, including smash-in-the-waiting Whiplash and We Own The Night featuring Pixie Lott, but they chose the generic and forgettable Hit The Lights. They even made two versions for it and nothing could save the song. Song is good, okay, but I couldn’t see this smashing or being a hit as LYLALS or Who Says were”.

MLD: 10/10: This song is easily Selena's best, beating out Naturally. It's more mature, more club-ready, more upbeat, and absolute party material. The only reason this flopped is because Hollywood Records is a piece of **** that needs to go bankrupt.

Ray Bass: 10. “This is even better than Hurt and it got paid dust simply because the rest of Bionic was pure trash. Beautiful ballad, amazing entry, undeserving flop.”

MLD: 1/10: This song is just flat out boring, and RCA released this just to kill the era because Bionic is just a terrible era that I can't listen to at all anymore. RCA did the right thing by releasing this, because this song flopping meant that the era could die before it got worse.

stereo.love: Katy Perry - Thinking of You

DillonATRL - 9 - Wasn't that much of a flop but compared to Katy's other singles it was..and this is m favorite ballad from her so good job!

Ray Bass: 6.5. “Thinking of You was not a flop. This is like saying Judas was a flop. Yes, Katy’s singles usually go way up the charts, but many artists would kill for having Thinking of You’s performance as a single, and it still reached #29. The song itself it’s wonderful, one of my favorites from Katy.”

MLD: 10/10: Beautiful song by Katy. It was just released at the wrong time. A member on here, tcatron565 said that Waking Up In Vegas would have been a better third single. This song though was released in Winter, so I'm ok with it. But I wish this single would have gone AT LEAST Top 20.

AllThat****ery: Nicki Minaj feat. Eminem - Roman's Revenge

DillonATRL - 8.5 - one of her best rap songs...and i know all the barbz love this song so a good entry...however it was just a buzz single but good job drew

Ray Bass: 8. “A better entry would’ve been Massive Attack, that would’ve gotten you a PERFECT score, but RR was not even a single, it was a buzz single for Nicki’s debut album. Even though I concur the song did deserve more attention as it’s simply an Urban masterpiece and Nicki’s and Em’s rap verses on this are hot as San Diego on this time of the summer.”

MLD: 8/10: Badass song by these two, but was this song ever an official single? I marked you down because I don't recall this being a full single, and I think a flop has to be fully released.

VJoker: Lady Gaga - Marry the Night

DillonATRL - 9 - this should've gone top 20 imo...a good entry and it was a safe one..which i think was a good way of going this round now that i see some scores

Ray Bass: 9.5. “Safe choice, but a good one. Gaga even wanted this as BTW’s first single, I can only imagine how this would’ve performed with lead single status.”

MLD: 8/10: Good song, but GaGa should have released this much sooner and not make such a long video for it. It would have done better that way.

DillonATRL - 9 - this could have went top 20! I like this song and it did not deserve to flop..good entry too mr. loco

MLD: 10/10: Easily one of the best songs off of Speak Now. This should have done better, but I think one of the reasons this song flopped is because the Back to December video absolutely killed the momentum of this album. After that I think a lot of people forgot about her album and that's why it flopped. If Taylor put more effort into her previous singles, this single would have done much better.
